At Dream Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or supplies don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold the fabric and place it back in its original packaging along with the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print our prepaid shipping label from your email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
