How can I order fabric samples?
We offer 4x4 inch swatches for most of our fabrics. You can select the 'Order Swatch' button on the individual product page to add it to your cart for a small fee.
What is your minimum order length?
Our minimum order length is one yard. After the first yard, you can purchase fabric in half-yard increments to ensure you get exactly what you need for your project.
Will my fabric arrive in one continuous piece?
Yes, all fabric orders are cut as one continuous length. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order in a single piece, our customer service team will contact you before shipping.
How do you handle shipping and delivery?
We ship worldwide via major carriers. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping varies by location. Tracking information is provided for every order.
What is your return policy for cut fabrics?
Because fabrics are cut to your specific requirements, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective. We highly recommend ordering a swatch first to ensure the color and texture meet your expectations.
Are the colors on the screen accurate?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings. Ordering a sample is the best way to guarantee a color match.
